Over the past decade, if you've had the pleasure of attending any upscale event in San Francisco, from intimate soirées to grand festivals, you've undoubtedly encountered the masterful artistry of Mad Dog Madigan. His exceptional craftsmanship is evident in immersive movie performances, detailed hand-drawn murals, bespoke photobooths, captivating 3D signage, and meticulously curated set designs.

For 10 notable years, Mad Dog has been the creative beacon as the Art Director for San Francisco's esteemed and World-Famous Edwardian Ball. Additionally, his collaborations with the Vau de Vire Society have given birth to numerous spellbinding productions. His iconic art, greeting thousands at Burning Man, stands as a testament to his expansive reach. Every year, his welcoming sign at the main entrance draws attendees back to the soul of Black Rock City.

Mad Dog's illustrious journey began in Los Angeles as the Art Director for the legendary comic artist, Neal Adams [NealAdams.com]. Over two decades, he sculpted the landscape of Hollywood's promotional campaigns, contributing to blockbusters like Sony's "Men in Black," Warner Bros' "Batman," and the trailblazing branding for Saban's "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers," which ignited a global marketing sensation.

His partnerships are a testament to his artistic prowess: collaborating with the visionary H.R. Giger [hrgiger.com] on "Species," shaping "The Twilight Zone" graphic novel series alongside Harlan Ellison, and crafting designs in tandem with Oscar-nominated Make-up Artist, Tom Burman, for timeless classics such as "Planet of the Apes" and Bill Murray's "Scrooged."

In 1996, he birthed Rabble Rouzer Studios, his design and consulting firm. Later, as the Creative Director at New York City's Rockefeller Center, he brilliantly rebranded the iconic "Top of the Rock" observatory [topoftherocknyc.com]. Upon relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area, his artistic vision became synonymous with events like New Bohemia NYE, Phantasm at The Armory, The White Party for Opulent Temple, Lagunitas Beer Circus, Bohemian Carnival, Sea of Dreams, and the Prince “Sign-O-The Times Tribute Party.” Amidst these large-scale commitments, Mad Dog pioneered The (A)Live Series of Immersive Movies at the historic Great Star Theater in Chinatown.
